Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Skytab POS ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing payments accurately using POS systems like Skytab Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times Build strong guest relations through attentive service, addressing questions or concerns promptly Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable Some knowledge of food handling, sanitation procedures, and food safety protocols Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Experience in guest services, serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Join us to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences while advancing your career in a vibrant environment that values teamwork, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
