In this role, you'll help create memorable visits for our guests by providing excellent service, sharing knowledge about our food and craft beer offerings, and ensuring every guest feels welcome. What Makes This Job Fun Work in a lively brewery and taproom atmosphere Be part of a large, supportive team Interact with guests and help create memorable experiences Experience the excitement of busy patio days, events, and live music nights Work in an environment that values teamwork, energy, and great hospitality What You'll Do Provide friendly and attentive service to ensure an outstanding guest experience Learn and communicate details about our rotating beer selection and food menu Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues proactively and professionally Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Toast POS Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as needed Maintain a safe and secure work environment for guests and staff Recognize and appropriately respond to intoxicated or disruptive patrons , with support from management Follow all service standards outlined in training and the employee handbook What We're Looking For Energetic and positive attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable and punctual team members Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment Willingness to learn about craft beer and menu offerings Strong teamwork and attention to detail Experience 1 year of restaurant or taproom experience preferred Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred) is a plus Language Skills Ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and menus. Must be able to communicate clearly with guests and team members in English . Physical Requirements This role requires standing and walking for extended periods , carrying trays, and moving quickly throughout the restaurant. Team members may occasionally lift up to 10 pounds and climb stairs as needed during service. Work Environment Team members may occasionally be exposed to seasonal outdoor conditions while serving patio and beer garden areas. The restaurant environment is typically moderate to loud , especially during busy service, events, and live music nights.
