Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest satisfaction is maximized Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash transactions and credit card payments efficiently while handling cash safely and accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, adhering to food safety regulations Assist with food handling, beverage service, and basic food preparation when needed in a fine dining or nightclub environment Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations, address inquiries professionally, and resolve any concerns promptly Support overall restaurant operations by managing time effectively during busy hours and ensuring seamless service flow Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants, cafes, or nightlife venues is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable enhances efficiency in order processing Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail making, and beverage service is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through strong time management skills Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that promotes guest satisfaction Nightclub or fine dining experience is a plus for roles involving high-volume or upscale environments Ability to process sales transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism during busy periods Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
