Overview Join our dynamic catering team as a Catering Server and become a vital part of creating memorable dining experiences! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the event Serve food and beverages accurately, including wine, cocktails, coffee, and non-alcoholic drinks Set up banquet tables, stations, and serving areas efficiently before events begin Clear plates, buss tables, and assist with food handling to maintain cleanliness and safety standards Support food preparation and presentation as needed in collaboration with culinary staff Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and billing with precision Assist with beverage service, including pouring drinks and maintaining bar areas during events Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus Strong guest service skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for transactions and portioning tasks Familiarity with wine knowledge, beverage service, and fine dining etiquette advantageous Experience working with POS systems and drink service equipment preferred Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work efficiently under pressure Join us to deliver outstanding service that leaves a lasting impression!
