Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our vibrant dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and drinks to enhance the dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Support host/hostess duties when needed by managing reservations through OpenTable or similar systems and seating guests efficiently Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Square POS and cashiering procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing tabs efficiently Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Bartending experience preferred Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable experiences!
