Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser/Food Runner/Host to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Expo/ Food Runner will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist servers in ensuring that all guest needs are met during their dining experience. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Ensure that all food safety standards are followed during food handling and delivery. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Support banquet services as needed, providing excellent guest services during events. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience with food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is a plus. Familiarity with banquet service procedures is beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
