Overview We are seeking a few dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team at the Farmhouse Tap & Grill in Williston. The ideal candidate will have a passion for local food and beverages, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining the standards of our restaurant.

Pay:

This is a tipped position, base rate is $14.25 an hour plus tips. Total Average Earnings estimated depending on hours & schedule worked. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and promotions. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards. Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and communication regarding orders. Adhere to food safety guidelines and restaurant policies at all times. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during busy periods. Complete side work before and after shifts as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe dining environment. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A positive attitude and willingness to help others, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
