Masselow's Server Req #1226 100 N Hayford Rd, Airway Heights, WA 99001, USA Apply Share Job Description Posted Friday, September 11, 2026 at 6:00 AM Summary of Functions Serves patrons in the Restaurant dining room by performing the following functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Use the POS system as trained.
- Greet guests in a Kalispel friendly manner by providing constant, attentive and friendly service to all guests.
- Communicate with your supervisor to resolve any guest questions in a timely manner.
- Complete all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure a clean, neat work area with adequate supply level. Side work lists to be followed.
- Maintain a clean and stocked server station.
- Correctly perform all necessary paper and bookwork at shifts end.
- Attend all training meetings.
- Duties, responsibilities, requirements, and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed. Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. Experience
- One to three months related experience and/or training helpful; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working as a waiter/waitress preferred. Skills & Abilities
- Must possess excellent customer relations and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle cash and give proper change.
- Skill in identifying and resolving problems under pressure conditions.
- Ability to learn and operate the POS system. Other Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming License.
- Washington State Food Handler Permit within 14 days of start date.
- Hepatitis A vaccination.
- Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) certification.
- Available and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required. - Requires the ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 65 pounds.
- Ability to be on your feet for entirety of shift
- Occasionally requires standing and/or sitting for sustained periods of time.
- Occasionally requires ascending or descending stairs or ramps using feet and legs and/or hands and arms.
- Consistently requires raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally.
