Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive dining experience. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly while presenting menus and providing information about specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or OpenTable systems, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, responding promptly to any needs or concerns. Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the dining experience. Process payments accurately using cash registers and POS systems, ensuring all transactions are handled securely. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout shifts. Requirements Previous experience as a Server in the food industry, preferably in fine dining or nightclub environments. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or OpenTable is highly desirable. Strong math skills for handling transactions and tips accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Must be at least 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol in accordance with local regulations.
