We are gearing up for our grand opening and building a foundational team of energetic, sweet-toothed individuals. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) As a Part-Time Server, you will be the face of Makkee Dessert, ensuring every guest leaves happier than they arrived.

Your day-to-day will include:

Guest Hospitality:

Welcome customers with a warm smile, guide them through our dessert and drink menu, and take orders accurately.

Crafting Sweet Treats:

Assist in preparing and assembling our signature desserts, boba drinks, and specialized toppings with care and consistency.

POS Operation:

Handle cash and card transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

Cleanliness Standards:

Maintain a sparkling clean, organized, and sanitized dining and service area to ensure a safe, inviting experience.

Teamwork:

Collaborate closely with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to keep service smooth and efficient during peak rush hours. What We're Looking For (Qualifications) A positive, friendly attitude with excellent communication skills. Bilingual skills (English/Chinese) are highly preferred to best serve our diverse customer community. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment. Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including evenings and weekends. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or boba shop is a huge plus, but not required —we love training enthusiastic beginners!
