We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, and able to take initiative in a busy restaurant environment. This position is ideal for an experienced server who can not only provide excellent service, but also help keep the floor running smoothly and support the rest of the FOH team. What we're looking for: Strong serving experience in a busy, full-service restaurant Toast POS experience strongly preferred Excellent knowledge of restaurant service and FOH operations Strong communication and leadership skills Able to handle high-volume service calmly and efficiently Comfortable helping guide and support other servers Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Korean BBQ experience is a plus, but not required Responsibilities include: serving guests, managing your section efficiently, helping coordinate the floor during busy shifts, supporting/training servers, assisting with Toast POS issues, and helping maintain consistent service standards.
