Job Description
Monsoon Bellevue is seeking an experienced server with strong wine knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. Candidates should be comfortable discussing wine varietals, regions, and food pairings, and be prepared to demonstrate their wine knowledge during the interview.
Server $40+ per hour (17.33 base + tips)About MonsoonEstablished in 1999, Monsoon brings together traditional Vietnamese family recipes from Saigon with the fresh, local ingredients of the Pacific Northwest. We take pride in thoughtful hospitality, handcrafted dishes, and a carefully curated wine program.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming service.
Confidently discuss wines, varietals, regions, and food pairings with guests.
Guide guests through our food and beverage menus.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment.
Work collaboratively with the team to create an exceptional guest experience.
QualificationsPrevious serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
Strong wine knowledge and genuine interest in continued learning.
Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Wine certifications or formal wine education are a plus.
