As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food service and a strong commitment to creating memorable moments for our guests. Responsibilities Greet and welcome residents with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to. Provide recommendations on menu items and specials, enhancing the dining experience through effective sales techniques. Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, striving to resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Adhere to food handling regulations and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment for guests. Help with dishes as needed. Do prep as needed for service. Requirements Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial.
