Siren Song Wines Hospitality Server Role Overview Hospitality Servers are elite service professionals and brand ambassadors for Siren Song. This role represents mastery of wine knowledge, service execution, sales performance, and pace. Hospitality Servers deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume, high-touch environment. This position carries significant earning potential and is reserved for individuals who have demonstrated consistent excellence and professionalism. Minimum Experience Requirement Minimum of 2-3 years of hospitality and wine service experience Experience must demonstrate strong wine knowledge, guest service excellence, and highpaced service execution Responsibilities & Duties - General Lead full wine and food service for assigned guests and sections Deliver polished, engaging wine education and storytelling Demonstrate deep knowledge of Siren Song wines, varietals, blends, vineyards, and winemaking style Execute Siren Song's High Touch Hospitality Steps of Service consistently Operate the POS, reservation system, and wine club system efficiently and accurately Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism Open and close food and beverage spaces following procedures Support winery operations as needed (e.g., harvest, bottling, labeling, cleaning) Mentor and support Hospitality Associates Attend staff meetings and advanced training sessions Responsibilities & Duties - Sales Drive bottle, case, and wine club sales with confidence and integrity Meet or exceed established sales expectations Serve as a leader by example in guest engagement and service execution Expectations for Excellence Exceptional pace, situational awareness, and multitasking ability Calm, polished execution under pressure Strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to anticipate guest needs and adapt service style Commitment to excellence in every guest interaction Requirements Must be at least 21 years old WSLCB Class 12 MAST permit required Ability to stand and serve guests for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and carry trays with wine stems and plates Must obtain and maintain a valid
