Victor Tavern Edmonds is looking for energetic, hospitality-driven Servers to join our team. We are a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant in the heart of downtown Edmonds, known for exceptional guest experiences, great food, craft cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Accordingly, ESR pays its hourly employees an equitable and agreed-upon hourly rate. While not expected, any gratuities that are left are split amongst hourly employees. To help ensure its best-in-class customer experience and ability to remain competitive, ESR adds a 20% service charge to all checks. Those service charges are retained (100%) by the house.
