Job Overview We are looking for a friendly, dependable Dietary Aide/Server to join our senior living team. In this role, you will help create a positive dining experience for our residents by preparing, serving, and assisting with meals while providing excellent customer service and support. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with seniors, building relationships, and being part of a team that makes a daily difference in residents' comfort and quality of life.

Schedule:

Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Responsibilities Set up dining areas and prepare for meal service Serve meals and beverages to residents in a friendly, respectful manner Assist residents with meal needs and accommodations as needed Follow special diets and portion guidelines Bus tables, wash dishes, and maintain a clean kitchen and dining room Assist with light food preparation and stocking supplies Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment Qualifications Prior food service, hospitality, or senior living experience preferred (not required) Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Compassion and patience when working with older adults Join our team and help make mealtimes the highlight of our residents' day. Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
