We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Server to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, attentive, responsible, and able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. What You'll Do Greet guests warmly and provide professional, friendly service Present menus and explain menu items, ingredients, and daily specials Take accurate food and beverage orders Enter orders correctly into the POS system Answer guest questions about Ukrainian and European dishes Make recommendations based on guest preferences Communicate customer orders and special requests clearly to the kitchen Monitor tables throughout the meal and provide attentive service Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally Check on guests to ensure satisfaction Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests Resolve minor customer service issues professionally and involve management when necessary Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions Maintain accurate checks and follow restaurant payment procedures Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized Clear and reset tables efficiently Follow restaurant food safety and sanitation standards Work closely with kitchen staff, hosts, bartenders, bussers, and management Assist other team members when needed Follow opening and closing procedures Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented work environment

Work Schedule:

Full-time or part-time; schedule will be discussed during the interview. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

PayCompensation:

$18-19/h + tips (Competitive hourly pay plus tips , based on experience and qualifications).

Benefits:

Full-time employees are eligible for competitive employee benefits including paid sick leave (1 hour per 40 hours worked), partial employer-covered medical insurance (75% for full-time employees), and paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year of employment and 2 weeks after 2 years.
