Bar Server

THIS IS A TIPPED POSITION

Overview We're looking for a laid-back, people-loving Bar Server to join our crew. If you're the kind of person who feels at home behind the bar, enjoys talking crafting, and pouring cocktails , and knows how to keep the vibe relaxed but dialed in

• you'll fit right in here. You'll be the friendly face pouring pints, building flights, talking tasting notes, taking tables, and making sure every guest feels like a regular (even on their first visit). From first cheers to last call, you help set the tone
• easygoing, welcoming, and on point.

Hospitality or bar experience is important, and being comfortable with POS systems (especially Toast) makes life easier. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, knows how to read a room, and takes pride in great service without making it feel stiff or scripted. If you bring good energy, solid beer /cocktail knowledge, and a team-first attitude, we'd love to have you behind the taps. What You'll Be Doing Welcome guests like they just walked into their favorite neighborhood spot Guide them through our craft beers, specialty drinks, and menu offerings Pour pints, build flights, pouring cocktails and share tasting notes with confidence Take accurate orders using Toast POS Suggest pairings and specials naturally (no hard selling

• just good recommendations) Handle cash and payments accurately Keep the bar clean, organized, and up to health standards Help with light food handling and running when needed Jump in during busy rushes
• bussing, assisting hosts, whatever keeps things flowing Handle guest questions or issues calmly and professionally Work closely with the team to keep service smooth and stress-free What We're Looking For 5+ years of food service or bar experience Strong beer knowledge (cocktail knowledge is a plus) Familiarity with Toast POS or similar systems Great guest service skills and natural relationship-building ability Ability to multitask and stay cool during a rush Confidence in upselling in a genuine, conversational way Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Solid basic math skills for cash handling Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a team-oriented mindset If you're ready to work in a high-energy bar where quality, community, and craft matter•and where tips reflect great service•we'd love to raise a glass with you and welcome you to the team.
