Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits with professionalism and flair, ensuring proper drink presentation and safety standards Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and tip management Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling procedures Assist with food preparation tasks when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure timely service Upsell menu items such as wines, cocktails, or specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales potential Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong focus on guest relations Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Strong understanding of beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating bills or tips Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with fine dining service styles or upscale restaurant settings is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences.
