ResponsibilitiesGreet guests in a friendly and professional mannerTake food and non-alcoholic beverage orders accuratelyEnter orders and process payments through the POS systemServe food and non-alcoholic beverages to guestsCheck on guests and provide attentive customer serviceAnswer questions about menu items and pricingHandle cash and credit card transactions accuratelyAssist with running food to tables and bowling areasClear and clean tables, counters, and guest areasRun dishes, glassware, and other items to the appropriate areasStock cups, napkins, condiments, beverages, and other service suppliesMaintain a clean and organized workstationFollow proper food-handling, sanitation, and handwashing proceduresAssist other restaurant and bowling staff when neededComplete assigned opening, closing, and side-work dutiesRequired PermitWashington State Food Worker Card (Food Handler Permit)A valid Washington State Food Worker Card is required for this position. Applicants who do not currently have a card must obtain one within the timeframe allowed by Washington State requirements.
This position does not sell, serve, mix, or supervise the sale of alcoholic beverages. A MAST alcohol server permit is therefore not required for this position.
