In this dynamic role, you will serve as a key team leader, guiding service operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your passion for food, exceptional customer service skills, and ability to coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and front-of-house staff will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership abilities while working in a lively, guest-focused environment. Duties Lead and support the serving team to deliver outstanding guest experiences with a positive and energetic attitude Assist in training new staff members on food handling, service standards, POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS), and safety protocols Ensure timely and accurate food delivery by coordinating with kitchen staff on food preparation and presentation Oversee restaurant operations during shifts, including bussing tables, managing guest requests, and maintaining cleanliness standards Support food safety practices by monitoring proper food handling procedures and ensuring compliance with health regulations Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels Assist in opening and closing duties, including cash handling, POS reconciliation, and shift reporting Experience Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong background in serving, food handling, and customer service Strong communication skills coupled with hospitality knowledge to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hospitality settings Join us to be part of a lively team where your leadership makes a difference!
