We are looking for an energetic, professional server to join the opening team at Birdie Run, our brand-new concept located right on the course in Canyon Lakes. In this role, you will greet golfers, club members, and local diners, guide them through our beverage and food menus, and deliver exceptional hospitality from the first tee to the 19th hole. Server Responsibilities Welcoming a diverse crowd warmly, taking food and beverage orders accurately, and making confident menu recommendations. Serving classic favorites and exciting new drinks alongside our full food menu. Checking identification to ensure all guests comply with age regulations. Monitoring guest satisfaction throughout their visit, anticipating needs, and upselling specials. Utilizing Toast POS efficiently for order entry, tab management, and seamless communication between the floor, bar, and kitchen. Managing shift communications and scheduling updates through 7Shifts. Handling cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately. Maintaining pristine dining, bar, and patio areas by clearing tables, removing trash, and resetting stations. Collaborating seamlessly with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service operations. Server Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous hospitality or serving experience preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by golf course operations. Engaging, positive personality with a professional appearance and a team-first mindset. Strong communication, multitasking, and basic math skills. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods, and lift up to 40 lbs. TEAM Player! We look forward to meeting you!
