$17.13 - 19 per hour + Tips We are currently seeking a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our valued guests. Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and sincerely as they arrive Manage the seating chart and waitlist through POS or reservation systems Provide guests with accurate wait time estimates Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Answer the phone in a polite and professional manner Assist with takeout orders and general guest questions Communicate effectively with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest flow Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and front entry Thank departing guests and invite them to return Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guideline

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to maintain a neat and organized work area Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Weekend availability is strongly preferred We are currently looking for team members who can work more weekend shifts Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Professional and friendly demeanor Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time If you are motivated, reliable, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences, we encourage you to apply by submitting your resume and any relevant information.
