Food Runner / ExpoVon's 1000Spirits Kirkland (Opening June 2026)Heritage 1904 and our collection of hospitality businesses Von's 1000Spirits, Northwest Spirits, and Sharps Roasthouse are excited to announce the opening of our newest location in Kirkland this June! We are seeking fast-paced, detail-oriented, and team-driven Food Runners / Expos to join our opening team.

This role is critical in ensuring food is delivered accurately, efficiently, and at the highest standard. You'll act as the bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house team, helping create a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Deliver food to guests quickly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and execution Act as an expo by organizing tickets, communicating with the kitchen, and coordinating food timing Ensure all dishes meet company standards before leaving the kitchen Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow Assist with garnishing, plating support, and final quality checks as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line, service stations, and dining areas Support the team with bussing, restocking, and guest needs during peak service Complete opening and closing sidework duties Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or high-volume environment preferred Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for hospitality and delivering a great guest experience Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Consistent attendance and punctuality

Compensation:

Hourly:

$19.00 plus tips Estimated total on-target earnings: $25-$32 per hour
