Role Overview The Vibe Architect is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining speed, accuracy, and energy during every shift.

This role combines:

Hospitality Order accuracy Speed of service Environment management You are the face of SBK and play a critical role in turning first-time visitors into repeat customers. Core Responsibilities Greet every guest with energy, eye contact, and a genuine welcome Accurately take and process orders using the POS system Demonstrate full menu knowledge, including ingredients and allergens Suggest add-ons (fries, drinks, shakes) to enhance the guest experience Deliver food promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation Keep dining areas and restrooms clean, stocked, and inviting Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH team members to manage flow Address guest concerns quickly and turn negative experiences into positive outcomes Qualifications Prior customer service, hospitality, or catering experience strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and high-energy personality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Basic math skills for handling transactions Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods Flexible schedule including nights and weekends Valid Food Handler's Permit required Who You Are You genuinely enjoy interacting with people and creating a vibe You bring positive energy to every shift and stay composed under pressure You are attentive, proactive, and reliable You take pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience
