Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Square POS systems Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments using POS systems Requirements Proven restaurant or food service experience Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of wine, spirits and food industry standards Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Join us to deliver memorable experiences through energetic service!
