Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Square POS. Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Upsell menu items including specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu expertise to assist guests effectively Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems is essential Experience with fine dining or upscale environments is a plus.
