Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a vital member of our hospitality crew, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient order management, and a keen eye for detail. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable dining moments, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus confidently, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation in accordance with food safety regulations Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to maximize sales opportunities Assist with food preparation tasks when needed and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change Support team members through bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and providing excellent guest relations to foster a welcoming atmosphere Maintain knowledge of wine pairings, cocktail recipes, and spirits to provide expert recommendations to guests
