Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail and spirits service, while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit transactions efficiently, handling cash handling and sales transaction processing with accuracy Assist in food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in both the dining area and kitchen to uphold food safety and sanitation standards Support kitchen staff with basic food handling, prep work, and ensuring timely delivery of orders Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, fostering a welcoming environment for all patrons Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or the food industry is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales efficiently Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques is a plus Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Basic math skills for order calculations and billing purposes Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is desirable Commitment to food safety standards and proper sanitation practices Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while supporting each other's success.
