Allister restaurant in the heart of downtown Mercer Island is seeking a professional server to join our team. A distinctively elevated neighborhood restaurant with unreasonable hospitality serving New American cuisine and classic craft cocktails, Allister, is a woman-owned business that has been open for a little over a year. The menu is created by Executive Chef, Joel Childs, we have created a beautiful space that is thoughtfully designed with careful attention to details in an environment that will foster community through service and the craft of food with dedication you can see, feel, and taste!

We are looking for a professional server who has strong working knowledge of PNW ingredients and dishes, craft cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. MUST have availability to work weekends including some Brunch as needed. This is a fine-dining restaurant, with an elevated wine and bar program. We are not looking for order takers, but individuals who are able to add to our guests' experience and truly take care of them. There are opportunities for creative input for interested team members. We are offering $18/hour plus tips (tip pool), WA state paid time off, dining discounts, growth opportunities, and career advancement.
