Summary:
Provides exceptional dining services for seniors in our dining room.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Graciously and respectfully assist residents in the dining room to be seated and make menu selections. Initiate the serving of all entrees; to include cold and hot beverages service, salad, soup, hot entrees, dessert service and last beverage service. Clear tables throughout the meal. Assist with cleanup, such as washing and putting away dishes and utensils, vacuuming, dusting of dining room. Assist with food preparation as required. Strictly follow all cleaning schedules and sanitation checklists. Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.
Qualifications:
Must be 16 years old or older. Must be able to obtain food worker card. Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
