• Position Overview:

• As a server at The Table, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that every dining experience is enjoyable, whether our patrons are here for a casual lunch or a post tee time dinner.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest preferences are accommodated.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverage offerings.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any issues or concerns.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Qualifications:

• 1-2 years previous experience in a serving role is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a MAST Permit.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
