Overview Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Server & Cashier, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, serves food and beverages, and handles all cash transactions with precision. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction in a lively, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality Process all sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments using POS systems Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service delivery Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques Proven customer service skills with the ability to build guest rapport and handle guest relations professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy restaurant setting Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Food handling certification and knowledge of sanitation standards required for safe food service Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food preparation practices Hospitality-oriented attitude with a focus on creating welcoming guest experiences Join us in delivering outstanding service while honing your skills in a vibrant culinary environment.
