•55/hour including tips About Us Biang Biang Noodles is known for our fresh, hand-pulled noodles, bold flavors, and fast-paced dining experience. As we continue building our Redmond team, we are looking for experienced, professional servers who can provide excellent hospitality while confidently handling a busy restaurant floor. This position is best suited for someone who already has strong restaurant serving experience and is comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment . What We're Looking For We are looking for servers who are: Experienced in full-service or fast-paced restaurants Friendly, professional, and confident with guests Fast, organized, and able to multitask Strong at communicating with both guests and team members Comfortable handling multiple tables during busy periods Reliable and punctual Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed Able to maintain excellent service even under pressure Available for weekend and high-volume shifts Previous serving experience is strongly preferred. Experience in Asian restaurants, high-volume restaurants, hospitality, or similar food-service environments is a plus. Server Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service Take accurate food and beverage orders Understand the menu and confidently answer guest questions Enter orders accurately into the POS system Serve food and beverages efficiently Check on guests throughout their dining experience Handle guest requests and concerns professionally Process payments accurately Maintain clean and organized tables and sections Complete opening, running, and closing side work Assist with general dining room, bar, and restaurant cleanliness Work closely with hosts, food runners, servers, kitchen staff, and shift leads Follow all restaurant policies and service standards Qualifications Previous restaurant serving experience preferred Must be 21 years of age or older Strong customer-service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to stay organized while handling multiple tables Reliable transportation to Redmond Dependable attendance and punctuality Weekend availability strongly preferred Compensation Estimated total earnings: $40
