Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus confidently, highlighting specials and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Take accurate orders using POS system Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations Manage table turnovers smoothly by bussing tables promptly and assisting with food preparation or kitchen support as needed Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, process payments, and provide correct change while maintaining accountability Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, providing personalized service, and creating an inviting atmosphere in both fine dining settings and lively nightclub environments Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols to ensure guest health and satisfaction Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or cashiering within the hospitality industry is a plus Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill calculations to ensure smooth transactions Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a vibrant environment!
