We are gearing up to go from busy to super busy as peak travel season is almost here! We are hiring a full-time Server to join and support our Front of House team!

About Floret :

About YOU :

3 years of high-volume service experience as a server or bartender Thrive working in a fast-paced environment Friendly and upbeat, and enjoy working on a team Must be able to work weekends Interested in learning about different ingredients and cooking techniques, with a focus on vegetarian cuisine Barista/espresso experience preferred

Competitive Compensation and Benefits :

Base wage: $20.74/hour

Tips:

$23.00 - $30.00/hour, depending on business volume 2 weeks paid time off accrued per year Medical (30hrs) Dental Vision 401k with employer contribution Commuter Benefits and Pre-tax spending opportunities Must be able to : Lift 50+ pounds Go up and down the stairs frequently Must be able to stand for long periods of time All new hires must be available to work weekends Pass TSA Background Check Provide Birth Certificate, SS Card, Food Handlers Card, and Current ID within a week of Employment.
