Accordingly, OHH pays its hourly employees an equitable and agreed-upon hourly rate. While not expected, any gratuities that are left are split amongst hourly employees. To help ensure its top tier customer experience and ability to remain competitive, OHH adds a 20% service charge to all checks. Those service charges are retained (100%) by the house.
