Job Description
We're looking for a friendly and reliable Server to join our front-of-house team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, so a great attitude and attention to detail are key. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with people. In this role, you'll take customer orders using our POS system and process payments via cash, card, or mobile methods. You'll also prepare to-go orders for pickup, making sure everything is packed correctly and presented neatly. Maintaining a clean and organized front counter, restocking napkins, utensils, and sauces, and answering customer questions about the menu are all part of your daily duties. Clear communication with the kitchen staff is essential to ensure accuracy and flow, especially during busy hours. Light cleaning tasks and lobby upkeep are also expected to keep our space inviting. Most importantly, you'll provide a helpful and positive experience to every customer you interact with.
