Job Description
Job Summary Join our team as a server. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit Serve food and drinks promptly Upsell menu items including spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes Process transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards with food safety regulations in mind Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drink pairings and menu options based on guest preferences Foster positive guest relations by addressing their questions and concerns Requirements Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality settings is preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and seafood to address customer concerns Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
