If you love fast-paced service, great food, craft drinks, busy shifts, and being part of a strong local restaurant team, this could be the right fit. We are looking for confident, high-energy Servers who know how to take care of guests, stay organized under pressure, and bring a positive attitude to every shift. F.R.E.D.'s has an upscale pub feel, a strong community vibe, and a team-focused culture. We want people who enjoy hospitality, work well with others, and take pride in creating a great guest experience from the moment someone walks in the door.

Pay:

$17.50 per hour plus tips ($30 - $40 per hour)

Day, evening, and weekend shifts available. Weekend availability is required.

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests with energy, confidence, and professionalism
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Guide guests through the menu and make recommendations
• Serve food, beer, wine, and cocktails responsibly
• Run food and drinks as needed
• Keep tables, stations, and service areas clean and organized
• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, hosts, expos, and managers
• Stay calm, focused, and upbeat during busy shifts
• Help create a fun, welcoming, and memorable restaurant experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience required
• Must be 21 years of age or older due to alcohol service duties
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid Washington MAST permit
• Weekend availability required
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry trays during a shift
• Dependable, professional, and ready to contribute
