Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional guest services throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly and courteously Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, with attention to detail Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met Requirements Proven experience as a Server or in food service, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and billing Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and sales upselling techniques Previous experience in restaurant settings involving serving, bussing, host/hostess duties or related roles is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality environment Join our team if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
