FOH/Server MUST BE 21+ Come join our small team as a FOH/server. This is a part time position that is hiring immediately. Hours include weekends and afternoons/evenings. We are an organized and fun-loving crew that is looking for a good fit. 17.13 DOE + tips (average hourly is $25-$28.) Email tacomafocaccia253@gmail.com 1. Experience & Education Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer-facing role preferred High school diploma or equivalent (optional but often preferred) Food Handler's Permit or Certification (may be required depending on location) 2. Skills Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling payments and making change Ability to use POS (Point of Sale) systems 3. Physical Requirements Able to stand and walk for long periods (6-8 hours shifts) Capable of lifting and carrying trays, dishes, or food items (up to 25 lbs) Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions 4. Personal Traits Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Team player with a willingness to help others Reliable and punctual Neat and clean appearance 5. Availability Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Willingness to cover shifts on short notice, if needed 6.
