Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience Present menus, explain menu items, and answer guests' questions Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Monitor guests' dining experience and promptly respond to requests or concerns Refill beverages, clear used dishes, and maintain clean and organized tables Process guest payments accurately and efficiently Communicate effectively with hosts, bussers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines Thank guests for dining with us and invite them to return
Requirements:
