Job Description:
Evening servers will also need to tend bar (pouring and serving alcoholic drinks) Greeting, engaging, and serving guests Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu, offering cocktails and aperitifs (if applicable), suggesting courses, explaining menu items, and answering food preparation questions Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated Keep the bar area cleaned and well stocked Restocking items consistently throughout shift Listening and responding to guests' requests and complaints Maintain high sanitation standards throughout the area of responsibility, which will meet or exceed Federal, State, and Local standards Maintain control over food security through regular inventories, proper portioning, and correct lock up procedures and production methods
Job Requirements:
Must have a current food handlers permit Ability to stand for extended periods of time Previous restaurant service experience a plus Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds
