Overview Join our team as a Front of House Team Member at Chicago's Pizza Kitchen and become the welcoming face of our establishment! In this role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, ensure smooth food and beverage service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Whether you're assisting with dining, or managing daily restaurant operations, your enthusiasm and professionalism will help foster a warm and inviting atmosphere. This paid position requires you to have hospitality skills while working in a lively, fast-paced environment. Thursday through Sunday hours are required. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit. Take accurate orders through a POS and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff, ensuring timely food delivery Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and presentation to meet quality standards Serve food and drinks confidently at tables or counter, maintaining high standards of food handling and safety Support serving, and clearing tables with professionalism Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces, counters, and service stations Uphold food safety regulations and dietary guidelines to ensure guest well-being at all times Qualifications Prior experience with FOH service dining or food service environments is required. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Experience in serving, food handling roles is preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and dietary accommodations enhances your candidacy Previous hospitality experience is a plus Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
