Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS or Clover POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, process payments accurately, and close out checks efficiently using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS, Square POS, or Clover Pos; experience with food handling safety protocols is essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales while enhancing guest enjoyment Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and check processing Experience in food industry roles such as serving, bartending, bussing, or host/hostess work is advantageous Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and nights as needed in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
