JOB SUMMARY
The Food Runner is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of food, beverages, and supplies from the kitchen to concession stands, suites, catering locations, and other event service areas. This position plays a vital role in maintaining product availability and supporting efficient food service operations during events. The Food Runner assists with stocking, organization, and maintaining cleanliness while working closely with kitchen and concession staff in a fast-paced environment. Work is performed under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager and Chef and is evaluated through observation, accuracy, timeliness, and teamwork.
TYPICAL JOB DUTIES
 Deliver prepared food, beverages, and supplies from the kitchen to concession stands, suites, catering locations, and other designated service areas.  Ensure food is delivered promptly  Assist with loading, transporting, and organizing food, beverages, paper goods, and other supplies.  Verify orders for accuracy before delivery.  Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety policies and procedures.  Assist with event setup, breakdown, and cleanup as assigned.  Safely operate carts, dollies, or other transport equipment as needed.  Provide support to concession, catering, and kitchen staff during peak service periods.  Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
 High School Diploma preferred but not required.  This position will spend 100% of the time standing.  Must be able to lift 35 pounds

 Ability to communicate with customers in a kind and courteous manner.  Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers.  Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
