Job Description

Willows Lodge is nestled on five landscaped acres bordering the Sammamish River. Our intimate, award-winning hotel allows our guests to experience the Northwest's greatest escape.

Fireside Lounge is our casual indoor/outdoor lounge, which is a favorite of locals and hotel guests alike - whether it's cocktails on the patio or a glass of local wine by the fire.

We are looking to add a full-time server with high-volume experience, strong energy, and solid cocktail and food knowledge. Wine knowledge is a plus, especially in Washington wine country.

At Willows Lodge, we focus on warm, engaging service and making sure every guest has an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate stays calm during a rush, works efficiently, and uses slower periods to reset, prep, and stay ahead.

Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for the service aheadGreet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurantGuide guests on their culinary journey through descriptive selling of the menuBe accurate in your order taking, confirming all special requestsBe the master of the menu, understanding the details to enhance the conversationWork collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staffAssist guests who have concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happyFinalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentationCompensation & BenefitsWage range: $17.13/hour + tipsBenefits eligibility: Benefits are available to employees who average 30 hours per week, in accordance with our plan requirements.
