Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operation of the dining experience
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a food runner or in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Must be available to work daytime shifts including weekdays!
