Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision Recommend menu items, including wine and spirits, to enhance guest enjoyment through upselling techniques like OpenTable reservations or drink suggestions Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, bar areas, and service stations in compliance with health regulations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Experience with fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Join us in delivering exceptional service that keeps guests coming back!
